Coaching 'Between Worlds'
Something happens when we live abroad. Our identity shifts, our values are questioned, and our relationship with ourselves changes. There's a person who takes shape here and another who came.
Often, we find ourselves living between cultures, languages and different ways of seeing the world. That's what it means to live between worlds. It's an experience that brings great growth, opportunities and learning, but also tensions and questions that can be hard to navigate. And how we navigate them shapes the life we're building.
One of the keys is learning that these tensions don't need to be resolved — they can be inhabited.
T
TWO THINGS CAN BE TRUE AT THE SAME TIME
"I love living in London" and "sometimes it's hard"
"I've adapted to the English world" and "I still feel very Argentine"
"London offers incredible opportunities" and "sometimes the weather gets me down"
There aren't many professionally facilitated spaces to process these tensions alongside everything else life brings — tensions that are part of being human, and where living between two worlds makes the experience sometimes easier and sometimes harder.
