“No man ever steps in the same river twice,
for it’s not the same river and he’s not the same man.”

I am Angeles Lopez Aufranc.
My work is about creating the conditions for clarity, movement and meaningful transformation.
I like to support people and organisations as they navigate life (and all its changes) with presence and insight. I look for what can emerge when we slow down.
I have worked across different cultures and roles — as a leader, coach, consultant, foreigner, also mother and woman — and all of that shapes how I meet others.
I have strong Argentinian roots.
My background is in business and leadership.
My tools include consulting, coaching, facilitation, systemic work and positive psychology.
But what I like to bring, most of all, is perspective, a way of seeing what’s often just outside the frame.
I live in London with my husband Henry and our three teenage boys. I love the sea, kayaking, cycling, discovering new places and understanding things better. I can spend hours chatting with friends.

alas2grow
I created alas2grow out of my own journey.
'Ala' are my initials for Angeles Lopez Aufranc. In Spanish, my mother tongue, 'alas' means 'wings', they bring movement and energy.
'2' represents connection: the idea that growth does not happen in isolation, but in relationship.
'Grow' has always been my life’s thread — a commitment to expanding and becoming more fully myself.
alas2grow brings all of that together:
deep personal roots, the desire to reach new heights, connection with others and a life shaped by growth — not the tidy upward kind, but the circular human messy kind.
What shapes my work?
I studied Business Administration at UCA in Argentina and hold an MBA from INSEAD. Later, I pursued a Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL to develop better understanding of human potential and growth.
I am an EMCC certified coach, MBTI practitioner, trained in Systemic Coaching and Constellations at The Whole Partnership and as Facilitator at ICA:UK. My work is also informed by practices that connect mind, body and breath — including Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness, Transformational Breathwork (all as certified trainer) and Biodecodification.
This blend of perspectives helps me work with what can be described as tangible structure and intangible emergence. I meet people and systems where they are and together we find the way forward, what emerges in our work is aligned with purpose and moves through agreed intention.
